Friends Meeting of New Orleans is over 75 years old, one of the oldest monthly Meetings on the Gulf Coast, and one of the founding monthly meetings of what is now South Central Yearly Meeting.
FMNO is an unprogrammed Meeting. We gather for silent waiting worship, and if someone receives a message from God, the Spirit, the Light, the Divine (whatever you call it!) they are invited to share that message with the Meeting.
